Onward International is currently seeking a Business Operations Specialist for our Azusa, CA. location. 

Onward International Inc. is the manufactured based import company with providing children wearing products. We continuously develop new products for all customers in US market and other countries. With 10 experience and professional financial control department makes us a  
advanced trade company.


What we’re looking for:
As a Business Operations Specialist at Onward International Inc., you will use your financial and marketing knowledge assist the sales team with providing information internally and to vendors regarding pricing, product information, cost evaluation, profit evaluation, cost analysis, shipping and orders, and researching and resolving any issues that arise. 

What your job duty:

Create cost sheet, analyze and evaluate based on all numeric data, calculate final price for each style, and compare with price for final profit analysis.  
Control cost based on checking producing procedure on material usage and advise any incorrect error. 
Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve inquiries
Use WMS system to supervise inventory. Use financial and marketing analysis to correct any incorrect inventory level based on numeric data.
Support the sales team in a variety of administrative tasks as required
Provide support in other areas in order to support the company’s success
Assess cost effectiveness of new designed products, special order projects, provide suggestions on introducing and close-out of certain products from the financial perspective based on the analysis of turnover rate, profit margin, and company’s financial status.
Use SWOT analysis and 4p strategy analysis to adjust products based on company advantages and disadvantages.

Requirements:
What you’ll bring to the table:

Master Degree in Business administration field. Prefer financial and marketing education background. 
Fluency in Chinese and English.
Knowledgeable financial analysis. (SWOT analysis, 4p strategy)
WMS Experience preferred
Fast learn on ERP/SAP Systems
Intermediate experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Basic formulas, and data organization)
Excellent Bookkeeping and Organizational skills
Ability to effectively solve issues and quickly address concerns
Strong work ethics
Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
Knowledge of business management, operation analysis, financial management.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
